Limpid, with a vivid ruby red color, good consistency.
On the nose it is characterized by a wide range of aromas and very fine quality. The delicate floral notes are followed by enveloping and intense aromas of morello cherry, blueberry and dried plum. The elegant olfactory bouquet is completed by hints of thyme, aromatic herbs embellished with notes of sweet tobacco and licorice.
The sip is lively, persuasive and rich. Excellent balance of the various components, freshness and flavor blend perfectly, corroborated by a silky tannin and supported by a persistent aftertaste of ripe fruit, fine spices and balsamic notes.
An identifying wine of great elegance, which is confirmed year after year.
