Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear at sight it has a straw yellow color with evident golden reflections, consistent.
The nose results from a fairly complex and intense range of fine quality aromas. It opens with aromas of slightly withered yellow flowers, followed by hints of tropical fruit and with a closure that recalls the Mediterranean scrub with a brackish nuance.
The sip is soft, persistent with hints reminiscent of papaya and mango accompanied by a mineral note.
Tried in combination with a sea bass with herbs in a salt crust.

Rating
