Wine: Onaya de Don Cristo
Alcoholic strength: 12% vol.
Vintage: n.d..
Classification: D.O.Cava.
Grapes: Macabeo, Xarello e Parellada.
Serving temperature: 6°-8°C.

Tasting Notes
Brilliant, golden yellow in colour, with a fine, persistent and fine quality perlage.
A Cava with very intense aromas of yellow flowers and tropical fruit, reminiscent of passion fruit and a delicate citrus note.
A dry sip, precisely because of its brut nature, but undoubtedly pleasant, a caress for the palate, thanks also to a delicate aftertaste of citrus and yeast notes.
A sample that brings together young and old, expert and non-expert tasters. Expression of a territory in strong expansion.
Tried in combination with Catalan prawns.
