Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw-yellow color with light greenish reflections, quite consistent.
On the olfactory examination it opens with a bouquet of intense and fine quality aromas. Hints of fresh white and yellow flowers intertwine with addictive aromas of white-fleshed fruit, with a very light note of tropical fruit in the finish.
The sip is very fresh and perfectly balanced in its components, the closure gives a persistent aftertaste of fresh fruit.
Wine for the whole meal, tried in combination with fried calamari and squid.
