Denomination: Salento I.G.P..
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2022.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
In the glass it is limpid, with a lively and intense ruby red color, good consistency.
On the nose, it opens with a wide, intense and fine quality range of aromas. The floral notes that recall a potpourri of red flowers are intertwined with intense and enveloping hints of dark-fleshed fruit: blackberry, blueberry, currant and dried plum. The complex bouquet of aromas is completed by enveloping and intense notes of freshly ground coffee beans, licorice root and, in closing, a delicate nuance of vanilla.
The sip is important and precise. With an excellent balance of the various components and a well-polished tannin, it gives the taster a persistent aftertaste of fruit and precious spices.
An important wine, where acidity and a light sweetness guarantee a sip of rare elegance.
