Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Ventiventi
Variety composition: 100% Trebbiano.
Denomination: Beneventano Bianco I.G.T..
Alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 10° – 12° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a bright intense straw yellow color embellished with light golden textures, good consistency.
The nose offers pleasant sensations, Notes of bergamot, fresh citrus fruits and a delicate note of Lebanese cedar. A persistent mineral note closes.
The sip is very fresh, with a good balance between the various components. Acidity and freshness invite the taster to repeat the sip, corroborated by a fairly persistent aftertaste of citrus fruits.
An elegant and very pleasant wine.
