Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with an elegant and intense straw yellow color, good consistency.
On the nose it releases a range of intense and fine aromas. The floral notes are followed by enveloping hints of fruit: fresh citrus, apple and peach. A delicate note of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub completes the examination.
The sip is pleasant, freshness and flavor intertwine in unison giving the taster a unique experience. Well balanced in its components it gives an aftertaste of fruit and puffs of flint and star anise.
