Soil structure: part on deep mountain valley bottoms, of alluvial origin and fine colluvium, part of recent moraine origin mixed with fluvioglacial and fluvio lacustre deposition with abundant gravelly skeleton permeable even in depth.
Training system: Guyot.
Plant density: 5,000 – 6,250 plants / ha
Grape yield per hectare: 90 – 95 quintals
Vinification: Soft pressing, fermentation in heat-conditioned stainless steel vats.
Aging: 6 months in steel and barrique.
Aging in bottles on the lees: from 30 to 40 months on the lees.
Serving temperature: 8 ° – 10 ° C.

Observations: floral opening of white flowers reminiscent of hawthorn and lily of the valley, followed by notes of crunchy fruits of golden apple, kaiser pear, white peach and yellow grapefruit, hints of bread crust and dry pastries inebriate the senses with elegant toasted almond nuances and peanuts and mineral finals.
