Denomination: Vernaccia di San Gimignano D.O.C.G ..
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Cultivation: certified organic.
Soil: the vineyards from which the grapes for this wine come are located in soils of different origins and structures. It passes by land
sandy rich in skeleton and fossils with deep soils of medium texture with the presence of pebbles.
Altitude: 250-360 m a.s.l.
Training system: spurred cordon.
Vines density per hectare: 5.500.
Wine yield: 55/60 hl / ha.
Number of bottles: 40,000.
Harvest: carried out by hand starting from the third decade of September. Selection and hand picking of the grapes.
Vinification: soft pressing of the whole grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature in concrete and stainless steel vats. It remains on the noble lees until the beginning of March.
First vintage produced: 2003.
Serving temperature: 12 ° C.
