Tasting Notes
Sample with a ruby red color, particularly intense and lively in its pigments, of moderate consistency.
The scent is an effluvium of floral scents, reminiscent of a potpourri of red flowers, and floral with notes of dark berry berries and corn cherries. Note of pepper in freshly ground grains and a slight, but still present, balsamic note.
The sip is particularly fresh, with well-smoothed tannins and good acidity. Fruity hints remain in the sip, accompanied by pleasant sensations of sweet toasting and cocoa powder. Recommended at the table with unstructured meat dishes and for moments of reserved conviviality, given the round and pleasant drink.
