Varietal composition: 60% Trebbiano 40% Clairette Ansonica and other white grapes.
Alcoholic strength: 12.5% vol.
Vintage: 2017.
Classification: I.G.T. Tuscany White.
Production area: Suvereto (LI)
Vineyards: 100 m a.s.l.
Soil type: clay, important presence of minerals, sand.
Training system: Spurred cordon 5000 plants per hectare.
Vinification: the manually harvested grapes are immediately de-stemmed and pressed, the resulting must is cooled to a temperature of 7 ° for 48 hours, the clarified liquid ferments in steel for about 20 days at 16 °, resting on the fine lees for 6 months.
Refinement: 3 months in the bottle.
Serving temperature: 10°-12° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystalline, bright straw yellow color with golden reflections, good consistency.
On the olfactory examination the bouquet of hints is quite broad: floral, fruity and mineral. There are aromas of fresh white flowers such as hawthorn, unripe fruit such as pear and pineapple, graphite.
The sip is balanced in the various components, persistent and intense citrus aftertaste. Fresh and with a good sour shoulder.
It is recommended in combination with sea bass all’isolana.
