Tasting Notes
In the glass the sample is limpid, with an intense ruby color with purplish textures, consistent.
The nose is very intense, fruity aromas emerge that recall blackberries, currants and even cherries, notes of spices such as ground black pepper and cloves. Closing with balsamic niance.
The taste is elegant, fresh, with non-aggressive and well-balanced tannins. Good persistence with an aftertaste of ripe berries.
It is recommended in combination with grilled meat.
