Tasting Notes
Brilliant, straw yellow in color with golden reflections, with an elegant and persistent perlage.
The sample opens with notes: floral, fruity, mineral and fragrant. Aromas of fresh white flowers such as rose, chamomile and narcissus; followed by tropical notes of pineapple and papaya, mineral closure of silica and graphite. Elegant fragrant nuance of custard and almond biscuit.
The sip is pleasant, with a good balance and an intense and persistent taste.
It is recommended in combination with a tart with apricot jam.
