Tasting Notes
Brilliant, greenish yellow in color with straw-yellow reflections, with a fairly fine, numerous and persistent perlage.
On the olfactory examination the sample is quite complex, intense and of fine quality: aromatic, floral and fruity. Characteristic aromaticity of Moscato at the opening with musky hints, notes of fresh white flowers reminiscent of jasmine and acacia followed by notes of sweet fruits of white nectarine peach and golden drop yellow plum.
It is recommended in combination with sweet Prato peaches.
