Tasting Notes
In the glass the sample is limpid, of a light ruby red color with light garnet reflections, quite consistent.
The range of scents is quite wide: floral, fruity and spicy. The opening brings to mind notes of orchid and tulip, followed by hints of fruit in alcohol and currants. Final with aromas of cloves and vanilla.
Fairly balanced in the mouth, the hard parts prevail. The taste is pleasant, fresh, with a moderate tannic texture.
It is recommended in combination with a platter of cured meats and aged cheeses.
