Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, brilliant, consistent.
The nose is complex, intense and of good quality. The perceived aromas are floral, fruity, fragrant, mineral and spicy. Wildflowers such as lavender, hints of acacia and elderberry, fruits such as white peach and green apple, pastry, silica, star anise.
On the palate the taste is balanced, intense, quite persistent with an aftertaste of fresh fruit.
It is recommended in combination with fried fish
