Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with bright greenish reflections, consistent.
The olfactory examination results in a broad and complex bouquet of hints: floral, fruity, mineral and spicy. Hints of flowers such as peony and jasmine, fruits such as white peach and green apple, wet gravel, vanilla and cardamom.
The sip is harmonious, perfectly balanced in its parts, quite intense and persistent with a mineral aftertaste and a hint of citrus.
It is recommended in combination with a seafood carbonara.
