Tasting Notes
The sample in the glass is limpid, of a very intense ruby red color, with purple garnet textures, consistent.
The olfactory examination highlights aromas of slightly withered red flowers, followed by notes of dark berry fruits reminiscent of blackberry, blueberry but also ripe plum. This is followed by spicy notes of vanilla and roasting reminiscent of roasted coffee beans.
The taste is fresh, with an important tannic texture. Good persistence on the nose, the ripe fruit dominates the taste, but a nuance of licorice remains in the finish. Wine with an excellent quality / price ratio.
It is recommended in combination with moderately structured meat dishes.
