The rigorous control of the production processes has produced excellent wines.

Tasting Notes
Upon visual examination the sample is limpid, very intense and bright ruby red color, with good consistency.
The nose shows a riot of small berries, blackberry, currant, blueberry but also strawberries, with notes of freshly mown red flowers. Hints of sweet spices and a nuance of ground pepper in the finish complete the wide bouquet of aromas of this wine.
Montebello 2016, on the olfactory taste exam, pleasantly stimulates the palate, with a linear and warm sip. Good tannic texture, perhaps still a little young, but with a large acidic shoulder that makes it ready for a long aging. What is highlighted on the nose is confirmed by a hint of fruit that is not completely ripe, an elegant sample of fine quality.
It is recommended in combination with a cacciatore rabbit.
