Wine: Honoro Vera Garnacha
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Classification: D.O. Calatayud (Spain).
Grapes: 100% Garnacha.
Serving temperature: 16°-18°C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, very intense ruby red color, consistent
On the nose the sample is quite complex with the following hints: floral, fruity and spicy. Notes of freshly mown red wildflowers, followed by fruity notes reminiscent of the first fruits of the forest: blueberry, currant and raspberry, with a delicate strawberry nuance. A hint of cinnamon and nutmeg closes the range of perfumes.
The sip is well balanced, supported by a good acidity and freshness that encourage a new sip. The tannin is not particularly aggressive and the taste-olfactory persistence is good and recalls a balsamic component.
Everyday wine, for the whole meal, particularly suitable for unstructured meat dishes.

Rating
