Tasting Notes
Limpid, lively and intense ruby red color, consistent.
The nose shows a wide range of aromas: floral, fruity, spicy and toasted. Floral hints of red rose and geranium, fruity notes reminiscent of the first fruits of the forest such as cranberry, raspberry and strawberry, followed by aromas of ground black pepper and vanilla. Closing with roasted coffee powder.
Pleasant sip with a silky tannin, balanced in its components, giving it a good persistence on the nose with hints of caramel.
It is recommended in combination with a mixed grill.

Rating
