Tasting Notes
Brilliant, pale straw yellow in color, with a fine and fairly persistent perlage.
On the nose the sample is quite complex with hints of floral, fruity. Notes of fresh flowers that immediately give way to aromas of white and yellow fruits such as pear, apple and tropical fruits, closing with notes of yeast.
The sip is fresh, pleasant, the scents highlighted on the nose are confirmed. Quite persistent with a slightly herbaceous note in the finish.
Sample to be consumed daily, it is recommended in combination with a risotto with shrimp and zucchini.
