Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, straw yellow in color with intense golden highlights, and good consistency.
The nose is rich, intense, and refined. Floral notes of yellow wildflowers are followed by intense fruity notes of mango, peach, and pineapple. The bouquet is rounded out by hints of acacia honey, vanilla, and a delicate hint of white pepper.
The palate is fresh and enveloping. Its powerful finish leaves a lingering floral and spicy aftertaste. Its refreshing minerality is striking.
A very elegant wine, in my opinion.
