Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, moderately intense cherry pink color, quite consistent.
On the nose the sample is quite complex in the range of its aromas. Floral hints of dog rose and mulberry flowers, followed by hints of small red berries such as blueberry, currant and a delicate strawberry nuance. Closing with a hint of ripe cherry.
The sip is very fresh, elegant and with a fairly persistent aftertaste of berries. Endowed with a good acidity and freshness, it invites a new satisfying sip.
Sample tested in combination with an aperitif based on cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
