Tasting Notes
In the glass the sample is brilliant, powder pink in color, with a fine and persistent perlage.
On the nose it is a floral and fruity scent. Hints of rose buds, are accompanied by notes of small red berries, but also hints of just ripe cherries. Closing of yeast and bread crust.
The sip is very fresh, pleasant and with a good persistence reminiscent of fresh fruit, light citrus notes.
It goes perfectly with an aperitif based on fresh cold cuts, but also for a pleasant conversation between friends.
