Tasting Notes
Limpid, of medium intensity coral pink color, quite consistent.
On the olfactory examination the range of aromas is quite complex: floral and fruity. Hints of fresh flowers are accompanied by fruity notes of currant, raspberry and wild strawberry, closing with a nuance of anise.
The sip is very fresh, an ideal wine for hot summer days. Its acidity and freshness are good. An aftertaste of fresh flowers and wild strawberries remains in the mouth.
Ideal for an aperitif based on fresh cold cuts.

Rating
