Wine: Château La Bedouce
Varietal: 80% Merlot 20% Cabernet.
Denomination: Bordeaux-Supérieur (France).
Alcohol content: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2018.
Serving temperature: 14°-16° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense ruby red color with purplish textures, consistent.
On the olfactory examination it is quite complex with hints: floral, fruity and spicy. Aromas of withered red flowers, followed by a scent of dark berry berries with a finish of spices reminiscent of vanilla and cardamom.
Dry with an aftertaste of ripe fruit, it is well balanced in its components. The tannin is important but well balanced.
It is recommended in combination with game dishes.

Rating
