Tasting Notes
In the glass, upon visual examination, it is clear, of a very intense ruby red color, of good consistency.
The nose opens with hints of slightly withered red flowers, followed by a scent of fruity notes reminiscent of currant, morello cherry, wild strawberries and dehydrated plum, closing with notes of fruit jam.
In the mouth, the blend gives a sip of structure, with a discreet tannic texture, well smoothed, elegant and fine. The persistent finish leaves a pleasant aftertaste of cocoa and Mediterranean scrub.
Tried in combination with a puccia from Lecce.
