Wine: Confidence Rouge
Varietal: 70% Garnacha 30% Syrah.
Denomination: Côtes du Rhône (France).
Alcohol content: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Serving temperature: 16°- 18°C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, crimson red with purple reflections, good consistency.
On the olfactory examination, the bouquet of its scents is quite complex, however well defined. Hints of fresh red flowers are accompanied by fruity notes reminiscent of wild berry fruits such as blueberries, currants and cherries. The closing of pleasant spicy notes of vanilla.
The sip is important, dry, also given the low residual sugar, it gives a very velvety and opulent sip. Lively, it gives a fairly persistent aftertaste of morello cherry, of fine quality.
Tried in combination with a grilled game.
