Tasting Notes
Limpid, lively ruby red color with slight garnet textures, good consistency.
The nose is a scent of aromas, with a bouquet of hints: broad, complex, intense and of fine quality. It opens with delicate floral notes, followed by hints of ripe fruit, almost in jam, which are combined with aromas of precious woods. Notes of sweet spices and toasts complete the examination.
The sip is a real pleasure for the palate, opulent and rich in aromas. The tannin is perfect, integrated, velvety. The taste of olfactory persistence is highlighted. A pleasant taste of dried plum and orange peel remains in the mouth, but also notes of tobacco and spices. A wine that tells and enhances the production area. Impossible not to repeat the sip.
Recommended for structured and traditional meat dishes.
