Tasting Notes
Limpid, ruby red color, consistent.
The nose shows a fairly complex range of aromas: floral, fruity and spicy. Floral notes reminiscent of flowers such as geranium and petunia, fruity hints of blackberries and currants, with a spicy finish of cinnamon and vanilla.
On the palate, on the whole, it is well balanced in its components, the tannic texture is not intrusive, a soft sample. The finish is quite persistent with an aftertaste of ripe wild berries.
It is recommended in combination with grilled game.
