Wine: Merlot Cabernet
Varietal: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon.
Denomination: I.G.P. Côtes de Gascogne (France).
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 6°-8°C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, pink in color tending to cherry, with a good consistency.
The nose shows a fairly complex array of aromas, where floral and fruity notes prevail. Hints of dog rose are accompanied by aromas of small red berries such as currant, blueberry and wild strawberry. Closing with a light note of freshly mown grass.
The sip is particularly fresh, pleasant, persistent in its aftertaste of fruit reminiscent of wild strawberries.
It is recommended in combination with an appetizer based on raw fish.
