Tasting Notes
Brilliant, pale straw yellow in color, with a fine and persistent perlage.
The nose shows a fairly complex range of aromas: floral and fruity. Hints of fresh white flowers such as hawthorn and acacia. Followed by hints of white-fleshed fruit reminiscent of green apple and thigh pear. Closing with nuances of mown grass.
The sip is pleasant, fresh, with good persistence with an aftertaste of citrus.
It is recommended for a convivial moment in the company of friends.
