Wine: Macabeo Sauvignon Blanc
Alcoholic strength: 12% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Classification: D.O. Utiel-Requena.
Grapes: Macabeo, Sauvignon Blanc.
Serving temperature: 10°-12°C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with small greenish textures, quite consistent.
The nose is quite complex with floral and fruity scents. It opens with hints of fresh white flowers reminiscent of acacia and hawthorn followed by notes of white-fleshed fruit, with a citrus nuance in the finish.
The sip is fresh and pleasant, fairly balanced in its parts, it is recommended to taste it as soon as it is on the market. Light aromatic notes in the finish give a fairly persistent aftertaste.
Recommended with unprocessed fish dishes.
