Tasting Notes
Limpid, ruby red color, consistent.
On the nose it shows a variety of intense and complex aromas. Floral notes are accompanied by an intense scent of dark berry fruit where a hint of ripe plum prevails. Aromas of Mediterranean herbs intertwine with a finish of sweet spices.
On the palate it is rich, with well-smoothed, soft tannins. Good taste olfactory persistence that gives an aftertaste of fruit and spices. A perfectly balanced wine in its components.
Tried in combination with mixed grilled meat of veal and pork.
