Denomination: Rubicone I.G.T..
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2013.
Serving temperature: 18°C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense ruby red color, consistent.
On the nose it is complex in the variety of its aromas, intense and of fine quality. Notes of withered red flowers, accompanied by hints of ripe forest fruit, cherries in alcohol. The olfactory bouquet is completed by a scent of broken chocolate stick and notes of sweet spices, reminiscent of cinnamon and vanilla.
The sip is opulent, with a perfect balance between the tannic component and acidity, which gives a perfect sweetness of taste. The rest is quite a persistent taste of ripe fruit, almost in jam.
Tasted in combination with a cake filled with dark chocolate.
