Tasting Notes
Crystal- clear, straw-yellow color with very light greenish reflections, good consistency.
On the olfactory examination, its range of perfumes is complex, intense and of fine quality. In addition to the floral scents, there is a change in its “green” fruity scents towards a more mature fruit, reminiscent of tropical fruit, thanks also to its age, which has already been on the market for two years. There are also notes of not freshly cut grass, I highlight the hint of dry, almost dehydrated hay. A nuance of passion fruit closes.
In the mouth it is balanced, balanced in its components, in perfect harmony with its name. Pleasant and with a nice savory note that invites you to take another sip. A fairly persistent aftertaste of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit remains.
A sample that meets the taste of the young taster to discover the various expressions of this vine.
It can be combined both with fish dishes, but also with soups and cheese-based appetizers.
