Wine: In Vita Blanco
Alcoholic strength: 12,5% vol.
Vintage: 2018.
Classification: D.O. Alella.
Grapes: Pansa Blanca, Sauvignon Blanc.
Serving temperature: 8°-10°C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, straw yellow in color with clear golden textures, good consistency.
Sample with an elegant range of perfumes, complex and of fine quality. It opens with notes of white and yellow flowers, accompanied by hints of white-fleshed fruit, but mainly yellow and ripe, reminiscent of the tropics: mango and papaya. A delicate saline note closes the olfactory examination.
The sip is fresh, persistent and the persistent taste of ripe fruit makes it very attractive for the taster.
A wine for those tasters who love flavor and freshness. A wine to drink immediately, especially given the vintage, but which offers a sip of great complexity.
