Tasting Notes
Limpid, very intense ruby red colour, consistent.
The nose opens with an intense, complex and fine range of aromas. Notes of red flowers reminiscent of a pot pourri, hints of ripe red and black pulp fruit, decisive hints of ground black pepper and cloves.
The sip is important, with a smooth tannin, the various components are well balanced. The aftertaste of spices makes it intriguing.
A perfect blend that satisfies the palate of demanding tasters from all latitudes.
Ideal for meat dishes.
