Wine: Pinot Noir
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir.
Denomination: A.O.C. Alsace.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 16°-18°C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, moderately intense ruby red in colour, consistent.
On the olfactory examination it opens with a wide range of perfumes. Hints of wild flowers are associated with intense aromas of fruit: black cherry, hard cherry and red currant.
On the palate it shows all its youth, still not perfectly balanced, however it shows its good structure and a discreet persistence of ripe fruit on the nose.
I evaluate it as a sample “in perspective”. It will need another period of refinement to show itself in all its harmony.
