Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a light and bright straw yellow colour, of good consistency.
On the olfactory examination it opens with a fairly complex range of scents, given its young age, quite intense and of fine quality. It opens with floral scents reminiscent of freshly mown wildflowers, followed by hints of white and yellow pulp fruit. The olfactory bouquet is completed by scents of fresh citrus fruits enriched with mineral notes.
The sip is pleasant, fresh, where the sapiness invites the taster to repeat the sip. Enveloping and overall well balanced in its components, it is influenced by the young vintage. After a further period of refinement in the bottle, one of my announcements will be expressed in its entirety and harmony.
Nonetheless, a pleasant discovery.
