Wine: Carezza
Variety composition: 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara.
Denomination: Spumante Metodo Classico Brut DOC.
Alcoholic strength: 12% vol.
Vintage: n.d..
Serving temperature: 10°C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with an intense pink color with a rich and fine perlage.
The nose is an effluvium of aromas of small berries reminiscent of blackberry, raspberry and wild strawberry.
The sip is captivating, fresh, with great acidity. Good persistence on the olfactory taste of fresh fruit.
This Classic Method Brut sparkling wine, based on Lambrusco di Sorbara, is very versatile. It meets the taste of a young audience, perhaps for an aperitif or a more demanding wine lover who perhaps accompanies it with a seafood dish.
