Wine: Moscato
Variety composition: Colombard, Moscatel (Moscato) .
Denomination: California.
Alcoholic strength: 9% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 8° – 10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a pale straw yellow color with light, consistent golden reflections.
It opens with floral and fruity scents, intense and of fine quality. Hints of acacia and peach blossoms, an important fruity note is integrated, with intriguing notes of nectarine, ripe apricot embellished with hints of fresh citrus.
In the mouth it releases its sweetness, typical of the vine, but overall not cloying, pleasant to sip with an elegant aftertaste of exotic fruit.
Tried it with an oriental sweet and sour pork dish.
