Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a lively, consistent ruby red colour.
The nose offers a fairly complex bouquet of floral and fruity notes. Hints of violet flowers intertwine with notes of red berried berries, embellished with notes of hard cherry and a nuance of undergrowth.
The sip is important, supported by a good well-smooth tannic texture. The aromatic persistence of dried fruit, specifically plum and cherry, is interesting. Balsamic nuance in the finish.
