Wine: Chardonnay
Variety composition: 100% Chardonnay.
Denomination: Hawkes Bay.
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2022.
Serving temperature: 8° – 10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw-yellow color with clear golden reflections, good consistency.
On the nose it is quite complex in its bouquet of hints: floral and fruity. Notes of fresh white and yellow flowers, associated with aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit such as apricot, peach and, in closing, a light citrus note.
The sip is fresh, elegant, and pleasant. Good persistence aromatic taste reminiscent of fruit embellished with a hint of honey.
Tried in combination with a fish appetizer.
