Wine: Suite Petite
Variety composition: 89% Petite Syrah, 11% Syrah.
Denomination: Paso Robles – California.
Alcoholic strength: 14,8% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, ruby red in color with important purplish hints, consistent.
The nose is complex, with intense floral, fruity and spicy scents. Floral notes reminiscent of a potpourri of red flowers, accompanied by an intense note of ripe forest fruit and an important nuance of freshly ground black peppercorns.
The sip is opulent, with an important tannic texture that integrates well thanks to a linear and non-invasive tannin. The olfactory taste persistence of ripe fruit is good, but with an evident spicy note that remains in the mouth of the taster. Not immediately, it also leaves a delicate hint of powdered chocolate.
A pleasant discovery to accompany important meat dishes or seasoned cured meats.
