Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow color with light golden reflections, quite consistent.
The nose is quite complex with floral notes reminiscent of orange blossom and broom, intertwined with floral aromas of white peach and plum.
The sip is fresh, with a good sapidity, which invites the taster to repeat the sip. A fairly elegant and pleasantly pleasant wine.
Tried it with fried squid, prawns and zucchini.
