Wine: Pinot Noir
Variety composition: 100% Pinot Noir.
Denomination: North Coast California.
Alcoholic strength: 14,1% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a slightly intense ruby red colour, of good consistency.
On the olfactory examination the range of perfumes is quite complex, articulated between floral and fruity notes. Scents of withered red flowers intertwine with delicate notes of red berry fruits: currant, blackberry and wild strawberry.
The sip is very pleasant and fresh. Tannin present, but not intrusive and well smoothed. The taste-olfactory persistence is discreet with notes of dried plum and a live nuance of aromatic herbs.
Try it with not particularly elaborate meat dishes.
