Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a lively straw yellow colour, of good consistency.
The nose is quite complex with floral and fruity scents and a delicate mineral note in the finish. The most intense scents of this Californian wine are the aromas of citrus and dried fruit.
On the palate, important hints of tropical fruit such as papaya and passion fruit remain in the mouth. Acidity and freshness give a very pleasant sip, which is almost impossible not to repeat.
A wine to pair with fish dishes or to offer for an aperitif.
