Wine: Buio
Variety composition: 100% Carignano.
Denomination: Carignano del Sulcis D.O.C..
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 15° – 17° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense and bright ruby red colour, consistent.
Upon olfactory examination it opens with a wide and elegant range of aromas. Aromas of pomegranate flowers and geranium intertwine with hints of ripe red fruit. The exam is completed by intense scents of herbs from the Mediterranean scrub with a finish of spices reminiscent of freshly ground black pepper and cloves.
The sip is important, with incisive but not at all aggressive tannins, almost silky. The taste is pleasant, supported by a discreet persistence with an aftertaste of ripe fruit and balsamic notes.
